Exodus 21:28
ഒരു കാള ഒരു പുരുഷനെയോ സ്ത്രീയെയോ കുത്തിക്കൊന്നാൽ ആ കാളയെ കല്ലെറിഞ്ഞു കൊല്ലേണം; അതിന്റെ മാംസം തിന്നരുതു; കാളയുടെ ഉടമസ്ഥനോ കുറ്റമില്ലാത്തവൻ.

| surely be shall | יִסָּקֵ֜ל | yissāqēl | yee-sa-KALE |
| stoned, | הַשּׁ֗וֹר | haššôr | HA-shore |
| and | וְלֹ֤א | wĕlōʾ | veh-LOH |
| his flesh | יֵֽאָכֵל֙ | yēʾākēl | yay-ah-HALE |
| shall not | אֶת | ʾet | et |
| eaten; be | בְּשָׂר֔וֹ | bĕśārô | beh-sa-ROH |
| but the owner | וּבַ֥עַל | ûbaʿal | oo-VA-al |
