Exodus 29:29
അഹരോന്റെ വിശുദ്ധവസ്ത്രം അവന്റെ ശേഷം അവന്റെ പുത്രന്മാർക്കുള്ളതാകേണം; അതു ധരിച്ചു അവർ അഭിഷേകവും കരപൂരണവും പ്രാപിക്കേണം.

പിന്നെ വസ്ത്രം എടുത്തു അഹരോനെ ഉള്ളങ്കിയും ഏഫോദിന്റെ അങ്കിയും ഏഫോദും പതക്കവും ധരിപ്പിച്ചു അവന്റെ അരെക്കു ഏഫോദിന്റെ നടുക്കെട്ടു കെട്ടേണം.

അഹരോനെയും അവന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരെയും എനിക്കു പുരോഹിതശുശ്രൂഷ ചെയ്യേണ്ടതിന്നു നീ അഭിഷേകം ചെയ്തു ശുദ്ധീകരിക്കേണം.
