അവൾ ഒരു നേർച്ചനേർന്നു; സൈന്യങ്ങളുടെ യഹോവേ, അടിയന്റെ സങ്കടം നോക്കി അടിയനെ ഓർക്കയും അടിയനെ മറക്കാതെ ഒരു പുരുഷസന്താനത്തെ നല്കുകയും ചെയ്താൽ അടിയൻ അവനെ അവന്റെ ജീവപര്യന്തം യഹോവെക്കു കൊടുക്കും; അവന്റെ തലയിൽ ക്ഷൌരക്കത്തി തൊടുകയുമില്ല എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
