וַיִּֽהְיוּ֙ Sarah va-yee-heh-YOO חַיֵּ֣י was ha-YAY שָׂרָ֔ה an sa-RA מֵאָ֥ה hundred may-AH שָׁנָ֛ה sha-NA וְעֶשְׂרִ֥ים and veh-es-REEM שָׁנָ֖ה seven sha-NA וְשֶׁ֣בַע veh-SHEH-va שָׁנִ֑ים and sha-NEEM שְׁנֵ֖י twenty sheh-NAY חַיֵּ֥י years ha-YAY שָׂרָֽה׃ old: sa-RA -
וַתָּ֣מָת Sarah va-TA-mote שָׂרָ֗ה died sa-RA בְּקִרְיַ֥ת in beh-keer-YAHT אַרְבַּ֛ע Kirjath-arba; ar-BA הִ֥וא the heev חֶבְר֖וֹן same hev-RONE בְּאֶ֣רֶץ is beh-EH-rets כְּנָ֑עַן Hebron keh-NA-an וַיָּבֹא֙ in va-ya-VOH אַבְרָהָ֔ם the av-ra-HAHM לִסְפֹּ֥ד land lees-PODE לְשָׂרָ֖ה of leh-sa-RA וְלִבְכֹּתָֽהּ׃ Canaan: veh-leev-koh-TA -
וַיָּ֙קָם֙ Abraham va-YA-KAHM אַבְרָהָ֔ם stood av-ra-HAHM מֵעַ֖ל up may-AL פְּנֵ֣י from peh-NAY מֵת֑וֹ before may-TOH וַיְדַבֵּ֥ר vai-da-BARE אֶל his el בְּנֵי dead, beh-NAY חֵ֖ת and hate לֵאמֹֽר׃ spake lay-MORE -
גֵּר am ɡare וְתוֹשָׁ֥ב a veh-toh-SHAHV אָֽנֹכִ֖י stranger ah-noh-HEE עִמָּכֶ֑ם and ee-ma-HEM תְּנ֨וּ a teh-NOO לִ֤י sojourner lee אֲחֻזַּת with uh-hoo-ZAHT קֶ֙בֶר֙ you: KEH-VER עִמָּכֶ֔ם give ee-ma-HEM וְאֶקְבְּרָ֥ה me veh-ek-beh-RA מֵתִ֖י a may-TEE מִלְּפָנָֽי׃ possession mee-leh-fa-NAI -
וַיַּֽעֲנ֧וּ the va-ya-uh-NOO בְנֵי children veh-NAY חֵ֛ת of hate אֶת Heth et אַבְרָהָ֖ם answered av-ra-HAHM לֵאמֹ֥ר lay-MORE לֽוֹ׃ Abraham, loh -
שְׁמָעֵ֣נוּ׀ us, sheh-ma-A-noo אֲדֹנִ֗י my uh-doh-NEE נְשִׂ֨יא lord: neh-SEE אֱלֹהִ֤ים thou ay-loh-HEEM אַתָּה֙ art ah-TA בְּתוֹכֵ֔נוּ a beh-toh-HAY-noo בְּמִבְחַ֣ר mighty beh-meev-HAHR קְבָרֵ֔ינוּ prince keh-va-RAY-noo קְבֹ֖ר among keh-VORE אֶת us: et מֵתֶ֑ךָ in may-TEH-ha אִ֣ישׁ the eesh מִמֶּ֔נּוּ choice mee-MEH-noo אֶת of et קִבְר֛וֹ our keev-ROH לֹֽא sepulchres loh יִכְלֶ֥ה bury yeek-LEH מִמְּךָ֖ mee-meh-HA מִקְּבֹ֥ר thy mee-keh-VORE מֵתֶֽךָ׃ dead; may-TEH-ha -
וַיָּ֧קָם Abraham va-YA-kome אַבְרָהָ֛ם stood av-ra-HAHM וַיִּשְׁתַּ֥חוּ up, va-yeesh-TA-hoo לְעַם and leh-AM הָאָ֖רֶץ bowed ha-AH-rets לִבְנֵי himself leev-NAY חֵֽת׃ to hate -
וַיְדַבֵּ֥ר he vai-da-BARE אִתָּ֖ם communed ee-TAHM לֵאמֹ֑ר with lay-MORE אִם them, eem יֵ֣שׁ saying, yaysh אֶֽת If et נַפְשְׁכֶ֗ם it nahf-sheh-HEM לִקְבֹּ֤ר be leek-BORE אֶת et מֵתִי֙ your may-TEE מִלְּפָנַ֔י mind mee-leh-fa-NAI שְׁמָע֕וּנִי that sheh-ma-OO-nee וּפִגְעוּ I oo-feeɡ-OO לִ֖י should lee בְּעֶפְר֥וֹן bury beh-ef-RONE בֶּן ben צֹֽחַר׃ my TSOH-hahr -
וְיִתֶּן he veh-yee-TEN לִ֗י may lee אֶת give et מְעָרַ֤ת me meh-ah-RAHT הַמַּכְפֵּלָה֙ ha-mahk-pay-LA אֲשֶׁר the uh-SHER ל֔וֹ cave loh אֲשֶׁ֖ר of uh-SHER בִּקְצֵ֣ה Machpelah, beek-TSAY שָׂדֵ֑הוּ which sa-DAY-hoo בְּכֶ֨סֶף he beh-HEH-sef מָלֵ֜א hath, ma-LAY יִתְּנֶ֥נָּה which yee-teh-NEH-na לִ֛י is lee בְּתֽוֹכְכֶ֖ם in beh-toh-heh-HEM לַֽאֲחֻזַּת the LA-uh-hoo-zaht קָֽבֶר׃ end KA-ver -

לֹֽא my loh אֲדֹנִ֣י lord, uh-doh-NEE שְׁמָעֵ֔נִי hear sheh-ma-A-nee הַשָּׂדֶה֙ me: ha-sa-DEH נָתַ֣תִּי the na-TA-tee לָ֔ךְ field lahk וְהַמְּעָרָ֥ה give veh-ha-meh-ah-RA אֲשֶׁר I uh-SHER בּ֖וֹ thee, boh לְךָ֣ and leh-HA נְתַתִּ֑יהָ the neh-ta-TEE-ha לְעֵינֵ֧י cave leh-ay-NAY בְנֵֽי that veh-NAY עַמִּ֛י is ah-MEE נְתַתִּ֥יהָ therein, neh-ta-TEE-ha לָּ֖ךְ I lahk קְבֹ֥ר give keh-VORE מֵתֶֽךָ׃ it may-TEH-ha -
וַיִּשְׁתַּ֙חוּ֙ Abraham va-yeesh-TA-HOO אַבְרָהָ֔ם bowed av-ra-HAHM לִפְנֵ֖י down leef-NAY עַ֥ם himself am הָאָֽרֶץ׃ before ha-AH-rets -
וַיְדַבֵּ֨ר he vai-da-BARE אֶל spake el עֶפְר֜וֹן unto ef-RONE בְּאָזְנֵ֤י Ephron beh-oze-NAY עַם in am הָאָ֙רֶץ֙ the ha-AH-RETS לֵאמֹ֔ר audience lay-MORE אַ֛ךְ of ak אִם the eem אַתָּ֥ה people ah-TA ל֖וּ of loo שְׁמָעֵ֑נִי the sheh-ma-A-nee נָתַ֜תִּי land, na-TA-tee כֶּ֤סֶף saying, KEH-sef הַשָּׂדֶה֙ But ha-sa-DEH קַ֣ח if kahk מִמֶּ֔נִּי thou mee-MEH-nee וְאֶקְבְּרָ֥ה wilt veh-ek-beh-RA אֶת give et מֵתִ֖י it, may-TEE שָֽׁמָּה׃ I SHA-ma -
וַיַּ֧עַן Ephron va-YA-an עֶפְר֛וֹן answered ef-RONE אֶת et אַבְרָהָ֖ם Abraham, av-ra-HAHM לֵאמֹ֥ר saying lay-MORE לֽוֹ׃ unto loh -
אֲדֹנִ֣י lord, uh-doh-NEE שְׁמָעֵ֔נִי hearken sheh-ma-A-nee אֶרֶץ֩ unto eh-RETS אַרְבַּ֨ע me: ar-BA מֵאֹ֧ת the may-OTE שֶֽׁקֶל land SHEH-kel כֶּ֛סֶף is KEH-sef בֵּינִ֥י worth bay-NEE וּבֵֽינְךָ֖ four oo-vay-neh-HA מַה hundred ma הִ֑וא shekels heev וְאֶת of veh-ET מֵֽתְךָ֖ silver; may-teh-HA קְבֹֽר׃ what keh-VORE -
וַיִּשְׁמַ֣ע Abraham va-yeesh-MA אַבְרָהָם֮ hearkened av-ra-HAHM אֶל unto el עֶפְרוֹן֒ Ephron; ef-RONE וַיִּשְׁקֹ֤ל and va-yeesh-KOLE אַבְרָהָם֙ Abraham av-ra-HAHM לְעֶפְרֹ֔ן weighed leh-ef-RONE אֶת to et הַכֶּ֕סֶף Ephron ha-KEH-sef אֲשֶׁ֥ר uh-SHER דִּבֶּ֖ר the dee-BER בְּאָזְנֵ֣י silver, beh-oze-NAY בְנֵי which veh-NAY חֵ֑ת he hate אַרְבַּ֤ע had ar-BA מֵאוֹת֙ named may-OTE שֶׁ֣קֶל in SHEH-kel כֶּ֔סֶף the KEH-sef עֹבֵ֖ר audience oh-VARE לַסֹּחֵֽר׃ of la-soh-HARE -
וַיָּ֣קָם׀ the va-YA-kome שְׂדֵ֣ה field seh-DAY עֶפְר֗וֹן of ef-RONE אֲשֶׁר֙ Ephron, uh-SHER בַּמַּכְפֵּלָ֔ה which ba-mahk-pay-LA אֲשֶׁ֖ר was uh-SHER לִפְנֵ֣י in leef-NAY מַמְרֵ֑א Machpelah, mahm-RAY הַשָּׂדֶה֙ which ha-sa-DEH וְהַמְּעָרָ֣ה was veh-ha-meh-ah-RA אֲשֶׁר before uh-SHER בּ֔וֹ Mamre, boh וְכָל the veh-HAHL הָעֵץ֙ field, ha-AYTS אֲשֶׁ֣ר and uh-SHER בַּשָּׂדֶ֔ה the ba-sa-DEH אֲשֶׁ֥ר cave uh-SHER בְּכָל which beh-HAHL גְּבֻל֖וֹ was ɡeh-voo-LOH סָבִֽיב׃ therein, sa-VEEV -
לְאַבְרָהָ֥ם Abraham leh-av-ra-HAHM לְמִקְנָ֖ה for leh-meek-NA לְעֵינֵ֣י a leh-ay-NAY בְנֵי possession veh-NAY חֵ֑ת in hate בְּכֹ֖ל the beh-HOLE בָּאֵ֥י presence ba-A שַֽׁעַר of SHA-ar עִירֽוֹ׃ the ee-ROH -
וְאַֽחֲרֵי after veh-AH-huh-ray כֵן֩ this, hane קָבַ֨ר Abraham ka-VAHR אַבְרָהָ֜ם buried av-ra-HAHM אֶת et שָׂרָ֣ה Sarah sa-RA אִשְׁתּ֗וֹ his eesh-TOH אֶל wife el מְעָרַ֞ת in meh-ah-RAHT שְׂדֵ֧ה the seh-DAY הַמַּכְפֵּלָ֛ה cave ha-mahk-pay-LA עַל of al פְּנֵ֥י the peh-NAY מַמְרֵ֖א field mahm-RAY הִ֣וא of heev חֶבְר֑וֹן Machpelah hev-RONE בְּאֶ֖רֶץ before beh-EH-rets כְּנָֽעַן׃ keh-NA-an -
