അങ്ങനെ യിസ്രായേൽരാജാവു യെഹൂദാരാജാവും എദോംരാജാവുമായി പുറപ്പെട്ടു; അവർ ഏഴു ദിവസത്തെ വഴി ചുറ്റിനടന്നശേഷം അവരോടുകൂടെയുള്ള സൈന്യത്തിന്നും മൃഗങ്ങൾക്കും വെള്ളം കിട്ടാതെയായി.
