2 Kings 25:26
അപ്പോൾ ആബാലവൃദ്ധം ജനമൊക്കെയും സേനാപതിമാരും കൽദയരെ ഭയപ്പെടുകയാൽ എഴുന്നേറ്റു പുറപ്പെട്ടു മിസ്രയീമിലേക്കു പോയി.

| both small | הָעָ֜ם | hāʿām | ha-AM |
| great, and | מִקָּטֹ֤ן | miqqāṭōn | mee-ka-TONE |
| and the captains | וְעַד | wĕʿad | veh-AD |
| armies, the of | גָּדוֹל֙ | gādôl | ɡa-DOLE |
| arose, | וְשָׂרֵ֣י | wĕśārê | veh-sa-RAY |
| and came | הַֽחֲיָלִ֔ים | haḥăyālîm | ha-huh-ya-LEEM |
| to Egypt: | וַיָּבֹ֖אוּ | wayyābōʾû | va-ya-VOH-oo |
| for | מִצְרָ֑יִם | miṣrāyim | meets-RA-yeem |
| they were afraid | כִּ֥י | kî | kee |
| of | יָֽרְא֖וּ | yārĕʾû | ya-reh-OO |
| the Chaldees. | מִפְּנֵ֥י | mippĕnê | mee-peh-NAY |
| כַשְׂדִּֽים׃ | kaśdîm | hahs-DEEM |
