2 Chronicles 7:20
ഞാൻ അവർക്കു കൊടുത്ത എന്റെ ദേശത്തുനിന്നു അവരെ പറിച്ചുകളയും; എന്റെ നാമത്തിന്നായി ഞാൻ വിശുദ്ധീകരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ഈ ആലയത്തെയും ഞാൻ എന്റെ മുമ്പിൽനിന്നു നീക്കിക്കളഞ്ഞു സകലജാതികളുടെയും ഇടയിൽ ഒരു പഴഞ്ചൊല്ലും പരിഹാസവും ആക്കിത്തീർക്കും.

| land my | אַדְמָתִי֙ | ʾadmātiy | ad-ma-TEE |
| which | אֲשֶׁ֣ר | ʾăšer | uh-SHER |
| I have given | נָתַ֣תִּי | nātattî | na-TA-tee |
| this and them; | לָהֶ֔ם | lāhem | la-HEM |
| house, | וְאֶת | wĕʾet | veh-ET |
| which | הַבַּ֤יִת | habbayit | ha-BA-yeet |
| sanctified have I | הַזֶּה֙ | hazzeh | ha-ZEH |
| for my name, | אֲשֶׁ֣ר | ʾăšer | uh-SHER |
| out cast I will | הִקְדַּ֣שְׁתִּי | hiqdaštî | heek-DAHSH-tee |
| of | לִשְׁמִ֔י | lišmî | leesh-MEE |
| my sight, | אַשְׁלִ֖יךְ | ʾašlîk | ash-LEEK |
| make will and | מֵעַ֣ל | mēʿal | may-AL |
| it to be a proverb | פָּנָ֑י | pānāy | pa-NAI |
| byword a and | וְאֶתְּנֶ֛נּוּ | wĕʾettĕnennû | veh-eh-teh-NEH-noo |
| among all | לְמָשָׁ֥ל | lĕmāšāl | leh-ma-SHAHL |
| nations. | וְלִשְׁנִינָ֖ה | wĕlišnînâ | veh-leesh-nee-NA |
| בְּכָל | bĕkāl | beh-HAHL | |
| הָֽעַמִּֽים׃ | hāʿammîm | HA-ah-MEEM |
