2 Chronicles 21:9
യെഹോരാം തന്റെ പ്രഭുക്കന്മാരോടും സകലരഥങ്ങളോടുംകൂടെ ചെന്നു രാത്രിയിൽ എഴുന്നേറ്റു തന്നെ വളഞ്ഞിരുന്ന എദോമ്യരെയും തേരാളികളെയും തോല്പിച്ചുകളഞ്ഞു.

| night, by | לַ֔יְלָה | laylâ | LA-la |
| and smote | וַיַּ֗ךְ | wayyak | va-YAHK |

| the Edomites | אֱדוֹם֙ | ʾĕdôm | ay-DOME |
| which compassed in, | הַסּוֹבֵ֣ב | hassôbēb | ha-soh-VAVE |
