ಆದರೆ ಕಾಯಿನನನ್ನೂ ಅವನ ಕಾಣಿಕೆಯನ್ನೂ ಆತನು ಗೌರವಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಆಗ ಕಾಯಿ ನನು ಬಹು ಕೋಪಗೊಂಡನು, ಅವನ ಮುಖವು ಕಳೆಗುಂದಿತು.
