Genesis 36:24
ಸಿಬೆಯೋನನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಯಾರಂದರೆ: ಅಯ್ಯಾ ಮತ್ತು ಅನಾಹ ಎಂಬವರು. ತನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯಾದ ಸಿಬೆಯೋನನ ಕತ್ತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕಾಯುವಾಗ ಅರಣ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಸರಕತ್ತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕಂಡುಕೊಂಡವನು ಈ ಅನಾಹನೇ.

ಅಬ್ಷಾಲೋ ಮನು ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಅವನ ಸೇವಕರು ಅಮ್ನೋನನಿಗೆ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಆಗ ಅರಸನ ಮಕ್ಕಳೆ ಲ್ಲರೂ ಎದ್ದು ತಮ್ಮ ತಮ್ಮ ಹೇಸರ ಕತ್ತೆಗಳನ್ನೇರಿ ಓಡಿಹೋದರು.

ಆಗ ಅಬ್ಷಾಲೋಮನು ದಾವೀದನ ಸೇವಕರಿಗೆ ಎದುರಾಗಿ ಬಂದನು. ಆದರೆ ಅಬ್ಷಾಲೋಮನು ಹೇಸರ ಕತ್ತೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಏರಿದ್ದನು. ಆ ಹೇಸರ ಕತ್ತೆಯು ಒಂದು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಏಲಾ ಮರದ ಬಲವಾದ ಕೊಂಬೆಗಳ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಬಂದಾಗ ಅವನ ತಲೆಯು ಆ ಮರದ ಕೊಂಬೆ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿಕೊಂಡಿತು. ಆದದರಿಂದ ಅವನು ಹತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಹೇಸರ ಕತ್ತೆಯು ಹೊರಟು ಹೋಯಿತು.

ಆ ಗುಡಾರಗಳಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಕುದುರೆ, ಹೇಸರಕತ್ತೆ, ಒಂಟೆ, ಕತ್ತೆ ಮೊದಲಾದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪಶುಗಳ ಬಾಧೆಯು ಈ ಬಾಧೆಯ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಇರುವದು.
