ಹೀಗೆ ಅವರು ಬೇರ್ಷೆಬದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡರು. ತರುವಾಯ ಅಬೀಮೆಲೆಕನೂ ಅವನ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಸೈನ್ಯಾಧಿ ಪತಿಯಾದ ಫೀಕೋಲನೂ ಎದ್ದು ಫಿಲಿಷ್ಟಿಯರ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಹಿಂತಿರುಗಿದರು.
