ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಆ ದುಷ್ಟನು ಹೊಡೆಯಲ್ಪಡಲು ಯೋಗ್ಯನಾದರೆ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧಿಪತಿಯು ಅವನನ್ನು ನೆಲಕ್ಕೆ ಬೀಳಿಸಿ ಅವನ ದುಷ್ಟತ್ವದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಲೆಕ್ಕದಿಂದ ಹೊಡಿಸಬೇಕು.
