Daniel 7:7
ತರುವಾಯ ರಾತ್ರಿಯ ದರ್ಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ನೋಡಲಾಗಿ ಇಗೋ, ನಾಲ್ಕ ನೆಯ ಮೃಗವು ಭಯಂಕರವಾದದ್ದೂ ಘೋರವಾ ದದ್ದೂ ಬಹಳ ಬಲವುಳ್ಳದ್ದೂ ಆಗಿತ್ತು; ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಬ್ಬಿಣದ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಹಲ್ಲುಗಳಿದ್ದವು. ಅದು ತಿಂದು ತುಂಡು ತುಂಡು ಮಾಡಿ ಮಿಕ್ಕಿದ್ದನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ಕಾಲುಗಳ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಹಾಕಿ ತುಳಿಯಿತು. ಅದು ಮೊದಲಿನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮೃಗಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸವುಳ್ಳದ್ದು ಮತ್ತು ಹತ್ತು ಕೊಂಬುಗಳುಳ್ಳದ್ದು ಆಗಿತ್ತು.

ಪರಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಅದ್ಭುತವು ಕಾಣಿಸಿತು; ಆಗ ಇಗೋ, ಕೆಂಪಾದ ಮಹಾ ಘಟಸರ್ಪವಿತ್ತು. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಏಳು ತಲೆಗಳೂ ಹತ್ತು ಕೊಂಬುಗಳೂ ಇದ್ದವು; ಅದರ ತಲೆಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಏಳು ಕಿರೀಟಗಳಿದ್ದವು.

ನೀನು ಕಂಡ ಆ ಹತ್ತು ಕೊಂಬುಗಳು ರಾಜ್ಯವನ್ನು ಇನ್ನೂ ಹೊಂದದಿರುವ ಹತ್ತು ಮಂದಿ ರಾಜರು. ಅವರು ಮೃಗದೊಂದಿಗೆ ರಾಜರಂತೆ ಒಂದು ತಾಸಿನವರೆಗೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದುತ್ತಾರೆ.

ಹೀಗೆ ಅವನು--ಆ ನಾಲ್ಕನೆಯ ಮೃಗವು ಭೂಮಿಯ ಮೇಲಿರುವ ನಾಲ್ಕನೆಯ ರಾಜ್ಯವಾಗು ವದು. ಅದು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸವಾಗಿಯೂ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ತುಳಿದು, ತುಂಡುತುಂಡು ಮಾಡು ವಂಥದ್ದಾಗಿಯೂ ಇರುವದು.

ಆ ಮೇಲೆ ನಾಲ್ಕನೆಯ ಮೃಗವು ಉಳಿದವು ಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸವಾಗಿಯೂ ಅತಿ ಭಯಂಕರವಾ ಗಿಯೂ ಕಬ್ಬಿಣದ ಹಲ್ಲುಗಳುಳ್ಳದ್ದಾಗಿಯೂ ಹಿತ್ತಾಳೆಯ ಉಗುರುಗಳುಳ್ಳದ್ದಾಗಿಯೂ ತುಂಡು ತುಂಡು ಮಾಡಿ ತಿಂದು ಮಿಕ್ಕಿದ್ದನ್ನು ಕಾಲಿನ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಹಾಕಿ ತುಳಿಯುವಂಥಾದ್ದೂ ಆಗಿದೆ.

ನಾನು ಕಂಡ ರಾತ್ರಿಯ ದರ್ಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಗೋ, ಮನುಷ್ಯ ಕುಮಾರನಂತಿರುವ ಒಬ್ಬನು ಆಕಾಶದ ಮೇಘಗಳ ಸಂಗಡ ಪೂರ್ವಿಕನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಸವಿಾಪಿಸಿದನು. ಅವನನ್ನು ಆತನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಕರೆತಂದರು.
ಪ್ರಕಟನೆ 17:7
ಆಗ ಆ ದೂತನು ನನಗೆ--ನೀನೇಕೆ ಆಶ್ಚರ್ಯಪಟ್ಟೆ? ಆ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿಯೂ ಅವಳನ್ನು ಹೊತ್ತುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ಏಳು ತಲೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಹತ್ತು ಕೊಂಬುಗಳುಳ್ಳ ಮೃಗದ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿಯೂ ಇರುವ ಮರ್ಮವನ್ನು ನಾನು ನಿನಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.

ಅದು ಆಕಾಶ ಸೈನ್ಯದ ಎತ್ತರಕ್ಕೆ ಬೆಳೆದು ಆ ಸೈನ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ನಕ್ಷತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಕೆಲವನ್ನು ನೆಲಕ್ಕೆ ತಳ್ಳಿ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ತುಳಿದುಹಾಕಿತು.
ದಾನಿಯೇಲನು 7:2
ದಾನಿಯೇಲನು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ--ಇಗೋ, ನಾನು ರಾತ್ರಿ ಕಂಡ ಕನಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಚತುರ್ದಿಕ್ಕಿನ ಗಾಳಿಗಳು ಮಹಾ ಸಾಗರದ ಮೇಲೆ ರಭಸವಾಗಿ ಬೀಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದವು.
ದಾನಿಯೇಲನು 2:40
ನಾಲ್ಕನೇ ರಾಜ್ಯವು ಕಬ್ಬಿ ಣದ ಹಾಗೆ ಬಲವಾಗಿ ಇರುವದು. ಕಬ್ಬಿಣವು ಸಮಸ್ತ ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ವಶಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಚೂರು ಚೂರು ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ; ಕಬ್ಬಿಣವು ಹೇಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲವುಗಳನ್ನು ಚೂರು ಮಾಡುವದೋ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಆ ರಾಜ್ಯವು ಚೂರು ಚೂರಾಗಿ ಧ್ವಂಸ ಮಾಡುವದು.

ಆಗ ನಾನು ಅವರನ್ನು ನೆಲದ ಧೂಳಿನ ಹಾಗೆ ಪುಡಿಪುಡಿಮಾಡಿದೆನು; ಬೀದಿಯ ಕೆಸರಿನ ಹಾಗೆ ಅವರನ್ನು ತುಳಿದು ಚದರುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆನು.
