Acts 12:25
ಬಾರ್ನಬ ಸೌಲರು ತಮ್ಮ ಸೇವೆ ತೀರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಮಾರ್ಕನೆನಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಯೋಹಾನ ನನ್ನು ಕರಕೊಂಡು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನಿಂದ ಹಿಂತಿರುಗಿ ಬಂದರು.

ಬಾರ್ನಬನು ಮಾರ್ಕನೆನಿಸಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಯೋಹಾನನನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ಸಂಗಡ ಕರೆದು ಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಬೇಕೆಂದು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿದನು.

ಅಂತಿಯೋಕ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಸಭೆಯೊಳಗೆ ಕೆಲವರು ಪ್ರವಾದಿಗಳೂ ಬೋಧಕರೂ ಇದ್ದರು; ಯಾರಾರೆಂದರೆ, ಬಾರ್ನಬ, ನೀಗರನೆಂಬ ಸಿಮೆಯೋನ, ಕುರೇನ್ಯದ ಲೂಕ್ಯ, ಚತುರಾಧಿ ಪತಿಯಾದ ಹೆರೋದನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬೆಳೆದ ಮೆನಹೇನ ಮತ್ತು ಸೌಲ ಇವರೇ.
