ಆದರೆ ಆ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಯೋವಾಬನಿಗೆ--ನನ್ನ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾವಿರ ಶೆಕೇಲ್‌ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಯನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟರೂ ನಾನು ಅರಸನ ಮಗನ ಮೇಲೆ ನನ್ನ ಕೈ ಚಾಚುವದಿಲ್ಲ. ಯಾಕಂದರೆಯೌವನಸ್ಥನಾದ ಅಬ್ಷಾಲೋಮನನ್ನು ಯಾರೂ ಮುಟ್ಟದ ಹಾಗೆ ಜಾಗ್ರತೆಯಾಗಿರ್ರಿ ಎಂದು ಅರಸನು ನಿನಗೂ ಅಬೀಷೈನಿಗೂ ಇತ್ತೈಗೂ ನಮಗೆ ಕೇಳಿಸು ವಂತೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದ್ದನು.
