ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಯೋವಾಬನು ಅರಸನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಅರಸನು ಅಬ್ಷಾ ಲೋಮನನ್ನು ಕರೆಸಿದನು. ಆಗ ಅವನು ಅರಸನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ಸಾಷ್ಟಾಂಗನಮಸ್ಕಾರ ಮಾಡಿದನು. ಆಗ ಅರಸನು ಅಬ್ಷಾಲೋಮನನ್ನು ಮುದ್ದಿಟ್ಟನು.
