Romans 14:22
ನಿನಗೆ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯಿದೆಯೋ? ದೇವರ ಸನ್ನಿಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅದು ನಿನಗೇ ಇರಲಿ. ಒಬ್ಬನು ತಾನು ಒಪ್ಪುವ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನನ್ನು ತಾನು ಖಂಡಿಸಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳದಿದ್ದರೆ ಅವನು ಧನ್ಯನು.

ಯಾವ ಪದಾರ್ಥವೂ ಸ್ವತಃ ಅಶುದ್ಧ ವಾದದ್ದಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ನಾನು ಬಲ್ಲೆನು, ಇದನ್ನು ನಾನು ಕರ್ತನಾದ ಯೇಸುವಿನ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ದೃಢವಾಗಿ ನಂಬಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ಆದರೆ ಯಾವದಾದರೂ ಒಂದು ಪದಾರ್ಥವನ್ನು ಅಶುದ್ಧವೆಂದು ಒಬ್ಬನು ಭಾವಿಸಿದರೆ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಅದು ಅಶುದ್ಧವೇ.
