Psalm 10:8
ಅವನು ಹೊಂಚು ಹಾಕುವ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂತುಕೊಂಡು ಗುಪ್ತವಾದ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರಪರಾಧಿಯನ್ನು ಕೊಲ್ಲು ತ್ತಾನೆ. ಅವನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳು ಗತಿಯಿಲ್ಲದವನನ್ನು ಹೊಂಚಿ ನೋಡು ತ್ತವೆ;

ಅರಸನು ದೋಯೇಗನಿಗೆ--ನೀನು ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಂಡು ಯಾಜಕರ ಮೇಲೆ ಬೀಳು ಅಂದನು. ಆಗ ಎದೋಮ್ಯನಾದ ದೋಯೇಗನು ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಂಡು ಯಾಜಕರ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಿದ್ದು ನಾರುಬಟ್ಟೆಯ ಎಫೋದನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವವರಾದ ಎಂಭತ್ತೈದು ಜನರನ್ನು ಆ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊಂದನು.
