ಆದರೆ ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯವು ದಾರ್ಯಾವೆಷನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬರುವ ವರೆಗೂ ಅವರು ಇವರನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸದ ಹಾಗೆ ಇವರ ದೇವರ ಕಣ್ಣು ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರ ಹಿರಿಯರ ಮೇಲೆ ಇತ್ತು. ಆಗ ಇದನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಅವರು ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರವನ್ನು ಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದರು.

ಈ ಎಜ್ರನು ಇಸ್ರಾ ಯೇಲ್ ದೇವರಾಗಿರುವ ಕರ್ತನು ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಮೋಶೆಯ ನ್ಯಾಯಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನುರಿತ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದನು. ಇವನ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವನ ದೇವರಾಗಿರುವ ಕರ್ತನ ಕೈ ಇದ್ದ ಪ್ರಕಾರವೇ ಅರಸನು ಇವನಿಗೆ ಕೇಳಿದ್ದನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಕೊಟ್ಟನು.

ಕರ್ತನ ಸಮ್ಮುಖದಲ್ಲಿ ಪೂರ್ಣ ಹೃದಯವುಳ್ಳವರ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ಬಲವನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಆತನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳು ಸಮಸ್ತ ಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಓಡಾಡುತ್ತವೆ. ಈಗ ನೀನು ಬುದ್ಧಿ ಹೀನನಾಗಿ ನಡಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೀ. ನಿಶ್ಚಯವಾಗಿ ಇಂದಿನಿಂದ ನಿನಗೆ ಯುದ್ಧಗಳು ಉಂಟಾಗಿರುವವು ಅಂದನು.
