ಆದರೆ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಮನುಷ್ಯರು ಪಾಳೆಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಉಳಿದರು. ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬನ ಹೆಸರು ಎಲ್ದಾದ್, ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬನ ಹೆಸರು ಮೇದಾದ್; ಇವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಆತ್ಮವು ನೆಲೆಯಾಯಿತು. ಇವರು ಬರೆಯಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವರಾಗಿ ಗುಡಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊರಟು ಹೋಗದೆ ಪಾಳೆಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.
