ಅದೇ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾಜಕರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರವೂ ಲೇವಿ ಯರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರವೂ ನ್ಯಾಯಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನೇಮಿಸ ಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳ ಹೊಲಗಳಿಂದ ಬರಬೇಕಾದ ಪಾಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಕೂಡಿಸುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಬೊಕ್ಕಸಗಳನ್ನೂ ಕಾಣಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನೂ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಫಲಗಳನ್ನೂ ಹತ್ತನೇ ಪಾಲು ಗಳನ್ನೂ ಇರಿಸುವ ಉಗ್ರಾಣಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೆಲವರು ನೇಮಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದರು. ಸೇವೆಮಾಡುವ ಯಾಜಕರನ್ನೂ ಲೇವಿಯರನ್ನೂ ಕುರಿತು ಯೆಹೂದದವರು ಸಂತೋಷ ಪಟ್ಟರು.
