ಆಗ ಹೆರೋದನು--ನಾನು ಯೋಹಾನನ ತಲೆ ಹೊಯ್ಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ಆದರೆ ನಾನು ಯಾರನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಈ ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳು ತ್ತೇನೋ ಇವನು ಯಾರು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ಅವನು ಆತನನ್ನು ನೋಡಲು ಅಪೇಕ್ಷಿಸಿದನು.
