ಆಗ ಅವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ದೇವರ ಮಹತ್ತಾದ ಶಕ್ತಿಗಾಗಿ ಬೆರಗಾದರು.ಆದರೆ ಯೇಸು ಮಾಡಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬನೂ ಆಶ್ಚರ್ಯಪಡುತ್ತಿರುವಲ್ಲಿ ಆತನು ತನ್ನ ಶಿಷ್ಯರಿಗೆ--

ಆಗ ಆತನು ಅವರಿಗೆ--ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಎಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂದನು. ಆಗ ಅವರು ಹೆದರಿದವರಾಗಿ ಆಶ್ಚರ್ಯದಿಂದ ಒಬ್ಬರಿಗೊಬ್ಬರು-- ಈತನು ಎಂಥಾ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು? ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಈತನು ಗಾಳಿಗೂ ನೀರಿಗೂ ಅಪ್ಪಣೆ ಕೊಡುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಅವುಗಳು ಆತನಿಗೆ ವಿಧೇಯವಾಗು ತ್ತವಲ್ಲಾ ಎಂದು ಮಾತನಾಡಿಕೊಂಡರು.
