ಆತನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಒಂದು ಸಾಮ್ಯವನ್ನು ಸಹ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ--ಹಳೇ ವಸ್ತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊಸ ಬಟ್ಟೆಯ ತುಂಡನ್ನು ಯಾರೂ ಹಚ್ಚುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ಹಚ್ಚಿದರೆ ಹೊಸದು ಹರಿದು ಹೋಗುವದು ಮತ್ತು ಹೊಸದರಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದ ತುಂಡು ಹಳೇದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸರಿಬೀಳುವದಿಲ್ಲ.
