ಆದರೆ ವ್ಯಾಧಿ ಯಿಂದ ಸತ್ತವರು ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತುನಾಲ್ಕು ಸಾವಿರ ಮಂದಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದರು.
