Numbers 22:40
ಬಾಲಾ ಕನು ಎತ್ತುಗಳನ್ನೂ ಕುರಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿದನು. ಬಿಳಾಮನನ್ನೂ ಅವನ ಸಂಗಡ ಇದ್ದ ಪ್ರಭುಗಳನ್ನೂ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದನು.

ಬಿಳಾಮನು ಹೇಳಿದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಬಾಲಾಕನು ಮಾಡಿದನು; ಬಾಲಾಕನೂ ಬಿಳಾಮನೂ ಒಂದೊಂದು ಬಲಿಪೀಠದ ಮೇಲೆ ಒಂದೊಂದು ಹೋರಿಯನ್ನೂ ಒಂದೊಂದು ಟಗರನ್ನೂ ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿದರು.
