ಮಾರ್ಕನು 6:2
ಸಬ್ಬತ್‌ ದಿನ ಬಂದಾಗ ಆತನು ಸಭಾಮಂದಿರದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೋಧಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿ ಸಿದನು; ಇದನ್ನು ಅನೇಕರು ಕೇಳುತ್ತಾ ಆಶ್ಚರ್ಯ ಪಟ್ಟು--ಇವುಗಳು ಈತನಿಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಬಂದಿದ್ದಾವು? ಮತ್ತು ಈತನ ಕೈಗಳಿಂದ ಇಂಥ ಮಹತ್ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳು ಸಹ ಆಗುವಂತೆ ಈತನಿಗೆ ಕೊಡಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಜ್ಞಾನವು ಎಂಥದ್ದು?

தேவனால் உண்டானவன் தேவனுடைய வசனங்களுக்குச் செவிகொடுக்கிறான்; நீங்கள் தேவனால் உண்டாகாததினால் செவிகொடுக்காமல் இருக்கிறீர்கள் என்றார்.

தேவனைச் சேர்ந்த எவனும் தேவனின் வார்த்தைகளை ஏற்றுக்கொள்கிறான். ஆனால் நீங்கள் தேவனின் வார்த்தைகளை ஏற்றுக்கொள்வதில்லை. ஏனென்றால் நீங்கள் தேவனைச் சார்ந்தவர்கள் இல்லை” என்றார்.
