ಮಿದ್ಯಾನ್ಯರು ತಮ್ಮ ತಲೆಯನ್ನು ತಿರಿಗಿ ಎತ್ತಕೂಡದ ಹಾಗೆ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ಯರ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಮುಂದೆ ತಗ್ಗಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟರು. ದೇಶವು ಗಿದ್ಯೋನನ ದಿವಸ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಲ್ವತ್ತು ವರುಷ ವಿಶ್ರಾಂತಿಯಲ್ಲಿತ್ತು.
