Jeremiah 49:30
ಹಾಚೋರಿನ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳೇ, ಓಡಿಹೋಗಿರಿ, ದೂರಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಿಬಿಡಿರಿ, ಆಳವಾದ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸ ವಾಗಿರ್ರಿ ಎಂದು ಕರ್ತನು ಅನ್ನುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಬಾಬೆಲಿನ ಅರಸನಾದ ನೆಬೂಕದ್ನೆಚ್ಚರನು ನಿಮಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಆಲೋಚನೆಯನ್ನೂ ಕಲ್ಪನೆಯನ್ನೂ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾನೆ.

ನೀವು ನನ್ನ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳದ ಕಾರಣ ಇಗೋ, ಕರ್ತನು ಹೇಳುವದೇನಂದರೆ--ನಾನು ಕಳು ಹಿಸಿ ಉತ್ತರ ದಿಕ್ಕಿನ ಗೋತ್ರಗಳೆಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ನನ್ನ ಸೇವಕ ನಾದ ಬಾಬೆಲಿನ ಅರಸನಾದ ನೆಬೂಕದ್ನೆಚ್ಚರನನ್ನೂ ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು, ಈ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿಯೂ ಅದರ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿಯೂ ಸುತ್ತಲಿರುವ ಈ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿಯೂ ಕರೆಯಿಸಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ನಾಶಮಾಡಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ವಿಸ್ಮ ಯಕ್ಕೂ ಸಿಳ್ಳಿಡುವಿಕೆಗೂ ಗುರಿಯಾಗಿಯೂ ನಿತ್ಯ ಹಾಳಾಗಿಯೂ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ.
