הַדָּבָר֙ word ha-da-VAHR אֲשֶׁ֣ר that uh-SHER הָיָ֣ה came ha-YA אֶֽל to el יִרְמְיָ֔הוּ Jeremiah yeer-meh-YA-hoo מֵאֵ֥ת from may-ATE יְהוָ֖ה the yeh-VA לֵאמֹֽר׃ Lord, lay-MORE -
שִׁמְע֕וּ ye sheem-OO אֶת et דִּבְרֵ֖י the deev-RAY הַבְּרִ֣ית words ha-beh-REET הַזֹּ֑את of ha-ZOTE וְדִבַּרְתָּם֙ this veh-dee-bahr-TAHM אֶל covenant, el אִ֣ישׁ and eesh יְהוּדָ֔ה speak yeh-hoo-DA וְעַל unto veh-AL יֹשְׁבֵ֖י the yoh-sheh-VAY יְרוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ men yeh-roo-sha-loh-EEM -
וְאָמַרְתָּ֣ say veh-ah-mahr-TA אֲלֵיהֶ֔ם thou uh-lay-HEM כֹּֽה unto koh אָמַ֥ר them, ah-MAHR יְהוָ֖ה Thus yeh-VA אֱלֹהֵ֣י saith ay-loh-HAY יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל the yees-ra-ALE אָר֣וּר Lord ah-ROOR הָאִ֔ישׁ God ha-EESH אֲשֶׁר֙ of uh-SHER לֹ֣א Israel; loh יִשְׁמַ֔ע Cursed yeesh-MA אֶת be et דִּבְרֵ֖י the deev-RAY הַבְּרִ֥ית man ha-beh-REET הַזֹּֽאת׃ that ha-ZOTE -
אֲשֶׁ֣ר I uh-SHER צִוִּ֣יתִי commanded tsee-WEE-tee אֶת et אֲבֽוֹתֵיכֶ֡ם your uh-voh-tay-HEM בְּי֣וֹם fathers beh-YOME הוֹצִיאִֽי in hoh-tsee-EE אוֹתָ֣ם the oh-TAHM מֵאֶֽרֶץ day may-EH-rets מִצְרַיִם֩ that meets-ra-YEEM מִכּ֨וּר I MEE-koor הַבַּרְזֶ֜ל brought ha-bahr-ZEL לֵאמֹ֗ר them lay-MORE שִׁמְע֤וּ forth sheem-OO בְקוֹלִי֙ veh-koh-LEE וַעֲשִׂיתֶ֣ם out va-uh-see-TEM אוֹתָ֔ם of oh-TAHM כְּכֹ֥ל the keh-HOLE אֲשֶׁר land uh-SHER אֲצַוֶּ֖ה of uh-tsa-WEH אֶתְכֶ֑ם Egypt, et-HEM וִהְיִ֤יתֶם from vee-YEE-tem לִי֙ the lee לְעָ֔ם iron leh-AM וְאָ֣נֹכִ֔י furnace, veh-AH-noh-HEE אֶהְיֶ֥ה saying, eh-YEH לָכֶ֖ם Obey la-HEM לֵאלֹהִֽים׃ my lay-loh-HEEM -
לְמַעַן֩ I leh-ma-AN הָקִ֨ים may ha-KEEM אֶת perform et הַשְּׁבוּעָ֜ה ha-sheh-voo-AH אֲשֶׁר the uh-SHER נִשְׁבַּ֣עְתִּי oath neesh-BA-tee לַאֲבֽוֹתֵיכֶ֗ם which la-uh-voh-tay-HEM לָתֵ֤ת I la-TATE לָהֶם֙ have la-HEM אֶ֣רֶץ sworn EH-rets זָבַ֥ת unto za-VAHT חָלָ֛ב your ha-LAHV וּדְבַ֖שׁ fathers, oo-deh-VAHSH כַּיּ֣וֹם to KA-yome הַזֶּ֑ה give ha-ZEH וָאַ֥עַן them va-AH-an וָאֹמַ֖ר a va-oh-MAHR אָמֵ֥ן׀ land ah-MANE יְהוָֽה׃ flowing yeh-VA -
וַיֹּ֤אמֶר the va-YOH-mer יְהוָה֙ Lord yeh-VA אֵלַ֔י said ay-LAI קְרָ֨א unto keh-RA אֶת me, et כָּל Proclaim kahl הַדְּבָרִ֤ים ha-deh-va-REEM הָאֵ֙לֶּה֙ all ha-A-LEH בְּעָרֵ֣י these beh-ah-RAY יְהוּדָ֔ה words yeh-hoo-DA וּבְחֻצ֥וֹת in oo-veh-hoo-TSOTE יְרוּשָׁלִַ֖ם the yeh-roo-sha-la-EEM לֵאמֹ֑ר cities lay-MORE שִׁמְע֗וּ of sheem-OO אֶת Judah, et דִּבְרֵי֙ and deev-RAY הַבְּרִ֣ית in ha-beh-REET הַזֹּ֔את the ha-ZOTE וַעֲשִׂיתֶ֖ם streets va-uh-see-TEM אוֹתָֽם׃ of oh-TAHM -
כִּי֩ I kee הָעֵ֨ד earnestly ha-ADE הַעִדֹ֜תִי protested ha-ee-DOH-tee בַּאֲבֽוֹתֵיכֶ֗ם unto ba-uh-voh-tay-HEM בְּיוֹם֩ your beh-YOME הַעֲלוֹתִ֨י fathers ha-uh-loh-TEE אוֹתָ֜ם in oh-TAHM מֵאֶ֤רֶץ the may-EH-rets מִצְרַ֙יִם֙ day meets-RA-YEEM וְעַד that veh-AD הַיּ֣וֹם I HA-yome הַזֶּ֔ה brought ha-ZEH הַשְׁכֵּ֥ם them hahsh-KAME וְהָעֵ֖ד up veh-ha-ADE לֵאמֹ֑ר lay-MORE שִׁמְע֖וּ out sheem-OO בְּקוֹלִֽי׃ of beh-koh-LEE -
וְלֹ֤א they veh-LOH שָֽׁמְעוּ֙ obeyed sha-meh-OO וְלֹֽא not, veh-LOH הִטּ֣וּ nor HEE-too אֶת inclined et אָזְנָ֔ם oze-NAHM וַיֵּ֣לְכ֔וּ their va-YAY-leh-HOO אִ֕ישׁ ear, eesh בִּשְׁרִיר֖וּת but beesh-ree-ROOT לִבָּ֣ם walked lee-BAHM הָרָ֑ע every ha-RA וָאָבִ֨יא one va-ah-VEE עֲלֵיהֶ֜ם in uh-lay-HEM אֶֽת the et כָּל imagination kahl דִּבְרֵ֧י of deev-RAY הַבְּרִית their ha-beh-REET הַזֹּ֛את evil ha-ZOTE אֲשֶׁר heart: uh-SHER צִוִּ֥יתִי therefore tsee-WEE-tee לַעֲשׂ֖וֹת I la-uh-SOTE וְלֹ֥א will veh-LOH עָשֽׂוּ׃ bring ah-SOO -
וַיֹּ֥אמֶר the va-YOH-mer יְהוָ֖ה Lord yeh-VA אֵלָ֑י said ay-LAI נִֽמְצָא unto NEE-meh-tsa קֶ֙שֶׁר֙ me, KEH-SHER בְּאִ֣ישׁ A beh-EESH יְהוּדָ֔ה conspiracy yeh-hoo-DA וּבְיֹשְׁבֵ֖י is oo-veh-yoh-sheh-VAY יְרוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ found yeh-roo-sha-loh-EEM -
שָׁ֩בוּ֩ are SHA-VOO עַל turned al עֲוֹנֹ֨ת back uh-oh-NOTE אֲבוֹתָ֜ם to uh-voh-TAHM הָרִֽאשֹׁנִ֗ים the ha-ree-shoh-NEEM אֲשֶׁ֤ר iniquities uh-SHER מֵֽאֲנוּ֙ of may-uh-NOO לִשְׁמ֣וֹעַ their leesh-MOH-ah אֶת forefathers, et דְּבָרַ֔י deh-va-RAI וְהֵ֣מָּה which veh-HAY-ma הָלְכ֗וּ refused hole-HOO אַחֲרֵ֛י to ah-huh-RAY אֱלֹהִ֥ים hear ay-loh-HEEM אֲחֵרִ֖ים uh-hay-REEM לְעָבְדָ֑ם my leh-ove-DAHM הֵפֵ֤רוּ words; hay-FAY-roo בֵֽית and vate יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ they yees-ra-ALE וּבֵ֣ית went oo-VATE יְהוּדָ֔ה after yeh-hoo-DA אֶת other et בְּרִיתִ֕י gods beh-ree-TEE אֲשֶׁ֥ר to uh-SHER כָּרַ֖תִּי serve ka-RA-tee אֶת them: et אֲבוֹתָֽם׃ the uh-voh-TAHM -
לָכֵ֗ן thus la-HANE כֹּ֚ה saith koh אָמַ֣ר the ah-MAHR יְהוָ֔ה Lord, yeh-VA הִנְנִ֨י Behold, heen-NEE מֵבִ֤יא I may-VEE אֲלֵיהֶם֙ will uh-lay-HEM רָעָ֔ה bring ra-AH אֲשֶׁ֥ר evil uh-SHER לֹֽא upon loh יוּכְל֖וּ them, yoo-heh-LOO לָצֵ֣את which la-TSATE מִמֶּ֑נָּה they mee-MEH-na וְזָעֲק֣וּ shall veh-za-uh-KOO אֵלַ֔י not ay-LAI וְלֹ֥א be veh-LOH אֶשְׁמַ֖ע able esh-MA אֲלֵיהֶֽם׃ to uh-lay-HEM -
וְהָֽלְכ֞וּ shall veh-ha-leh-HOO עָרֵ֣י the ah-RAY יְהוּדָ֗ה cities yeh-hoo-DA וְיֹשְׁבֵי֙ of veh-yoh-sheh-VAY יְר֣וּשָׁלִַ֔ם Judah yeh-ROO-sha-la-EEM וְזָֽעֲקוּ֙ and veh-za-uh-KOO אֶל inhabitants el הָ֣אֱלֹהִ֔ים of HA-ay-loh-HEEM אֲשֶׁ֛ר Jerusalem uh-SHER הֵ֥ם go, hame מְקַטְּרִ֖ים and meh-ka-teh-REEM לָהֶ֑ם cry la-HEM וְהוֹשֵׁ֛עַ unto veh-hoh-SHAY-ah לֹֽא the loh יוֹשִׁ֥יעוּ gods yoh-SHEE-oo לָהֶ֖ם unto la-HEM בְּעֵ֥ת whom beh-ATE רָעָתָֽם׃ they ra-ah-TAHM -
כִּ֚י according kee מִסְפַּ֣ר to mees-PAHR עָרֶ֔יךָ the ah-RAY-ha הָי֥וּ number ha-YOO אֱלֹהֶ֖יךָ of ay-loh-HAY-ha יְהוּדָ֑ה thy yeh-hoo-DA וּמִסְפַּ֞ר cities oo-mees-PAHR חֻצ֣וֹת were hoo-TSOTE יְרוּשָׁלִַ֗ם thy yeh-roo-sha-la-EEM שַׂמְתֶּ֤ם gods, sahm-TEM מִזְבְּחוֹת֙ O meez-beh-HOTE לַבֹּ֔שֶׁת Judah; la-BOH-shet מִזְבְּח֖וֹת and meez-beh-HOTE לְקַטֵּ֥ר according leh-ka-TARE לַבָּֽעַל׃ to la-BA-al -
וְאַתָּ֗ה pray veh-ah-TA אַל not al תִּתְפַּלֵּל֙ thou teet-pa-LALE בְּעַד for beh-AD הָעָ֣ם this ha-AM הַזֶּ֔ה people, ha-ZEH וְאַל neither veh-AL תִּשָּׂ֥א lift tee-SA בַעֲדָ֖ם up va-uh-DAHM רִנָּ֣ה a ree-NA וּתְפִלָּ֑ה cry oo-teh-fee-LA כִּ֣י׀ or kee אֵינֶ֣נִּי prayer ay-NEH-nee שֹׁמֵ֗עַ for shoh-MAY-ah בְּעֵ֛ת them: beh-ATE קָרְאָ֥ם for kore-AM אֵלַ֖י I ay-LAI בְּעַ֥ד will beh-AD רָעָתָֽם׃ not ra-ah-TAHM -
מֶ֣ה hath meh לִֽידִידִ֞י my lee-dee-DEE בְּבֵיתִ֗י beloved beh-vay-TEE עֲשׂוֹתָ֤הּ to uh-soh-TA הַֽמְזִמָּ֙תָה֙ do hahm-zee-MA-TA הָֽרַבִּ֔ים in ha-ra-BEEM וּבְשַׂר mine oo-veh-SAHR קֹ֖דֶשׁ house, KOH-desh יַעַבְר֣וּ seeing ya-av-ROO מֵֽעָלָ֑יִךְ she may-ah-LA-yeek כִּ֥י hath kee רָעָתֵ֖כִי wrought ra-ah-TAY-hee אָ֥ז lewdness az תַּעֲלֹֽזִי׃ with ta-uh-LOH-zee -
זַ֤יִת Lord ZA-yeet רַֽעֲנָן֙ called ra-uh-NAHN יְפֵ֣ה thy yeh-FAY פְרִי name, feh-REE תֹ֔אַר A TOH-ar קָרָ֥א green ka-RA יְהוָ֖ה olive yeh-VA שְׁמֵ֑ךְ tree, sheh-MAKE לְק֣וֹל׀ fair, leh-KOLE הֲמוּלָּ֣ה and huh-moo-LA גְדֹלָ֗ה of ɡeh-doh-LA הִצִּ֥ית goodly hee-TSEET אֵשׁ֙ fruit: aysh עָלֶ֔יהָ with ah-LAY-ha וְרָע֖וּ the veh-ra-OO דָּלִיּוֹתָֽיו׃ noise da-lee-yoh-TAIV -
וַיהוָ֤ה the vai-VA צְבָאוֹת֙ Lord tseh-va-OTE הַנּוֹטֵ֣עַ of ha-noh-TAY-ah אוֹתָ֔ךְ hosts, oh-TAHK דִּבֶּ֥ר that dee-BER עָלַ֖יִךְ planted ah-LA-yeek רָעָ֑ה thee, ra-AH בִּ֠גְלַל hath BEEɡ-lahl רָעַ֨ת pronounced ra-AT בֵּֽית evil bate יִשְׂרָאֵ֜ל against yees-ra-ALE וּבֵ֣ית thee, oo-VATE יְהוּדָ֗ה for yeh-hoo-DA אֲשֶׁ֨ר the uh-SHER עָשׂ֥וּ evil ah-SOO לָהֶ֛ם of la-HEM לְהַכְעִסֵ֖נִי the leh-hahk-ee-SAY-nee לְקַטֵּ֥ר house leh-ka-TARE לַבָּֽעַל׃ of la-BA-al -
וַֽיהוָ֥ה the vai-VA הֽוֹדִיעַ֖נִי Lord hoh-dee-AH-nee וָֽאֵדָ֑עָה hath va-ay-DA-ah אָ֖ז given az הִרְאִיתַ֥נִי me heer-ee-TA-nee מַעַלְלֵיהֶֽם׃ knowledge ma-al-lay-HEM -
וַאֲנִ֕י I va-uh-NEE כְּכֶ֥בֶשׂ was keh-HEH-ves אַלּ֖וּף like AH-loof יוּבַ֣ל a yoo-VAHL לִטְב֑וֹחַ lamb leet-VOH-ak וְלֹֽא or veh-LOH יָדַ֜עְתִּי an ya-DA-tee כִּֽי ox kee עָלַ֣י׀ that ah-LAI חָשְׁב֣וּ is hohsh-VOO מַחֲשָׁב֗וֹת brought ma-huh-sha-VOTE נַשְׁחִ֨יתָה to nahsh-HEE-ta עֵ֤ץ the ayts בְּלַחְמוֹ֙ slaughter; beh-lahk-MOH וְנִכְרְתֶ֙נּוּ֙ and veh-neek-reh-TEH-NOO מֵאֶ֣רֶץ I may-EH-rets חַיִּ֔ים knew ha-YEEM וּשְׁמ֖וֹ not oo-sheh-MOH לֹֽא that loh יִזָּכֵ֥ר they yee-za-HARE עֽוֹד׃ had ode -
וַֽיהוָ֤ה O vai-VA צְבָאוֹת֙ Lord tseh-va-OTE שֹׁפֵ֣ט of shoh-FATE צֶ֔דֶק hosts, TSEH-dek בֹּחֵ֥ן that boh-HANE כְּלָי֖וֹת judgest keh-la-YOTE וָלֵ֑ב righteously, va-LAVE אֶרְאֶ֤ה that er-EH נִקְמָֽתְךָ֙ triest neek-ma-teh-HA מֵהֶ֔ם the may-HEM כִּ֥י reins kee אֵלֶ֖יךָ and ay-LAY-ha גִּלִּ֥יתִי the ɡee-LEE-tee אֶת heart, et רִיבִֽי׃ let ree-VEE -
לָכֵ֗ן thus la-HANE כֹּֽה saith koh אָמַ֤ר the ah-MAHR יְהוָה֙ Lord yeh-VA עַל of al אַנְשֵׁ֣י the an-SHAY עֲנָת֔וֹת men uh-na-TOTE הַֽמְבַקְשִׁ֥ים of hahm-vahk-SHEEM אֶֽת Anathoth, et נַפְשְׁךָ֖ that nahf-sheh-HA לֵאמֹ֑ר seek lay-MORE לֹ֤א loh תִנָּבֵא֙ thy tee-na-VAY בְּשֵׁ֣ם life, beh-SHAME יְהוָ֔ה saying, yeh-VA וְלֹ֥א Prophesy veh-LOH תָמ֖וּת not ta-MOOT בְּיָדֵֽנוּ׃ in beh-ya-day-NOO -
לָכֵ֗ן thus la-HANE כֹּ֤ה saith koh אָמַר֙ the ah-MAHR יְהוָ֣ה Lord yeh-VA צְבָא֔וֹת of tseh-va-OTE הִנְנִ֥י hosts, heen-NEE פֹקֵ֖ד Behold, foh-KADE עֲלֵיהֶ֑ם I uh-lay-HEM הַבַּֽחוּרִים֙ will ha-ba-hoo-REEM יָמֻ֣תוּ punish ya-MOO-too בַחֶ֔רֶב va-HEH-rev בְּנֵיהֶם֙ them: beh-nay-HEM וּבְנ֣וֹתֵיהֶ֔ם the oo-veh-NOH-tay-HEM יָמֻ֖תוּ young ya-MOO-too בָּרָעָֽב׃ men ba-ra-AV
