ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯು--ಆ ಮರದ ಫಲವು ಆಹಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳ್ಳೇದಾಗಿಯೂ ಕಣ್ಣಿಗೆ ರಮ್ಯವಾಗಿಯೂ ಒಬ್ಬನನ್ನು ಜ್ಞಾನಿಯನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಅಪೇಕ್ಷಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದಾಗಿಯೂ ಅದೆ ಎಂದು ನೋಡಿ ಅದರ ಫಲವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ತಿಂದಳು; ತನ್ನ ಸಂಗಡ ಇದ್ದ ತನ್ನ ಗಂಡನಿಗೂ ಕೊಟ್ಟಳು; ಅವನೂ ತಿಂದನು.

to make one wise,	לְהַשְׂכִּ֔יל	lĕhaśkîl	leh-hahs-KEEL
took she	וַתִּקַּ֥ח	wattiqqaḥ	va-tee-KAHK
of the fruit thereof,	מִפִּרְי֖וֹ	mippiryô	mee-peer-YOH
eat, did and	וַתֹּאכַ֑ל	wattōʾkal	va-toh-HAHL
and gave	וַתִּתֵּ֧ן	wattittēn	va-tee-TANE
also	גַּם	gam	ɡahm
husband her unto	לְאִישָׁ֛הּ	lĕʾîšāh	leh-ee-SHA
with	עִמָּ֖הּ	ʿimmāh	ee-MA
