ಭೂಮಿ ಯು ನಿರಾಕಾರವಾಗಿಯೂ ಶೂನ್ಯವಾಗಿಯೂ ಇತ್ತು; ಅಗಾಧದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕತ್ತಲೆ ಇತ್ತು. ದೇವರ ಆತ್ಮನು ನೀರುಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಚಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದನು.
