Exodus 21:13
ಆದರೆ ಅವನು ಹೊಂಚಿ ನೋಡದೆ ಇದ್ದು ದೇವರು ಅವನ ಕೈಗೆ ಅವನನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿದ್ದಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಅವನು ಓಡಿಹೋಗುವಂತೆ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಒಂದು ಸ್ಥಳವನ್ನು ನಿನಗೆ ನಾನು ನೇಮಿಸುವೆನು.

ಕರ್ತನು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟಾಗ ನೀನು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕೊಂದುಹಾಕದೆ ಇದದ್ದ ರಿಂದ ನೀನು ನನಗೆ ಉಪಕಾರಮಾಡಿದ್ದನ್ನು ಈ ಹೊತ್ತು ತೋರಿಸಿದಿ.
1 ಸಮುವೇಲನು 24:10
ಇಗೋ, ಕರ್ತನು ಈ ಹೊತ್ತು ಗವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ನನ್ನ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟನೆಂಬದನ್ನು ಈ ದಿನ ನಿನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳು ನೋಡಿದವು. ಕೆಲವರು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಕೊಂದುಹಾಕಲು ಹೇಳಿದರು; ಆದರೆ ನನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಕರುಣಿಸಿತು; ನಾನು--ಅವನು ಕರ್ತನ ಅಭಿಷಿಕ್ತನಾದದರಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ಕೈ ನನ್ನ ಒಡೆಯನಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಚಾಚೆನು ಅಂದೆನು.

ದಾವೀದನ ಜನರು ಅವನಿಗೆ--ಇಗೋ, ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ಶತ್ರುವನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳಿಗೆ ಸರಿತೋರುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಅವನನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಡುವೆನೆಂದು ಕರ್ತನು ನಿನಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ ದಿವಸವು ಇದೇ ಅಂದರು. ಆಗ ದಾವೀದನು ಎದ್ದು ಹೋಗಿ ಏಕಾಂತವಾಗಿ ಸೌಲನ ನಿಲುವಂಗಿಯ ಅಂಚನ್ನು ಕತ್ತರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡನು.

ಆಗ ಮೋಶೆಯು ಯೊರ್ದನಿನ ಈಚೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸೂರ್ಯೋದಯದ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಮೂರು ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ಮಾಡಿದನು.

ಯೆಶಾಯ 10:7
ಅದರ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯವೋ ಹಾಗಲ್ಲ; ಇಲ್ಲವೇ ಅದರ ಹೃದಯವು ಈ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಆಲೋಚಿಸುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ಜನಾಂಗಗಳನ್ನು ಕಡಿದು ಬಿಡುವದು ಕೊಂಚವಾಗಿ ಅಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ನಾಶಮಾಡುವದು ಅವನ ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದೆ.
2 ಸಮುವೇಲನು 16:10
ಆದರೆ ಅರಸನು--ಚೆರೂಯಳ ಮಕ್ಕಳೇ, ನನಗೂ ನಿಮಗೂ ಏನು? ಅವನು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ದೂಷಿಸಲಿ; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ--ದಾವೀದ ನನ್ನು ದೂಷಿಸು ಎಂದು ಕರ್ತನು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾನೆ; ಹಾಗಾದರೆ ಯಾಕೆ ಹೀಗೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೀ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುವ ವನಾರು ಅಂದನು.
