וַ֠יִּסְעוּ all VA-yees-oo כָּל the kahl עֲדַ֨ת congregation uh-DAHT בְּנֵֽי of beh-NAY יִשְׂרָאֵ֧ל the yees-ra-ALE מִמִּדְבַּר children mee-meed-BAHR סִ֛ין of seen לְמַסְעֵיהֶ֖ם Israel leh-mahs-ay-HEM עַל journeyed al פִּ֣י from pee יְהוָ֑ה the yeh-VA וַֽיַּחֲנוּ֙ wilderness va-ya-huh-NOO בִּרְפִידִ֔ים of beer-fee-DEEM וְאֵ֥ין Sin, veh-ANE מַ֖יִם after MA-yeem לִשְׁתֹּ֥ת their leesh-TOTE הָעָֽם׃ journeys, ha-AM -
וַיָּ֤רֶב the va-YA-rev הָעָם֙ people ha-AM עִם did eem מֹשֶׁ֔ה chide moh-SHEH וַיֹּ֣אמְר֔וּ with va-YOH-meh-ROO תְּנוּ Moses, teh-NOO לָ֥נוּ and LA-noo מַ֖יִם said, MA-yeem וְנִשְׁתֶּ֑ה Give veh-neesh-TEH וַיֹּ֤אמֶר us va-YOH-mer לָהֶם֙ water la-HEM מֹשֶׁ֔ה that moh-SHEH מַה we ma תְּרִיבוּן֙ may teh-ree-VOON עִמָּדִ֔י drink. ee-ma-DEE מַה And ma תְּנַסּ֖וּן Moses teh-NA-soon אֶת said et יְהוָֽה׃ unto yeh-VA -
וַיִּצְמָ֨א the va-yeets-MA שָׁ֤ם people shahm הָעָם֙ thirsted ha-AM לַמַּ֔יִם there la-MA-yeem וַיָּ֥לֶן for va-YA-len הָעָ֖ם water; ha-AM עַל and al מֹשֶׁ֑ה the moh-SHEH וַיֹּ֗אמֶר people va-YOH-mer לָ֤מָּה murmured LA-ma זֶּה֙ against zeh הֶֽעֱלִיתָ֣נוּ Moses, heh-ay-lee-TA-noo מִמִּצְרַ֔יִם and mee-meets-RA-yeem לְהָמִ֥ית said, leh-ha-MEET אֹתִ֛י Wherefore oh-TEE וְאֶת is veh-ET בָּנַ֥י this ba-NAI וְאֶת that veh-ET מִקְנַ֖י thou meek-NAI בַּצָּמָֽא׃ hast ba-tsa-MA -
וַיִּצְעַ֤ק Moses va-yeets-AK מֹשֶׁה֙ cried moh-SHEH אֶל unto el יְהוָ֣ה the yeh-VA לֵאמֹ֔ר Lord, lay-MORE מָ֥ה saying, ma אֶֽעֱשֶׂ֖ה What eh-ay-SEH לָעָ֣ם shall la-AM הַזֶּ֑ה I ha-ZEH ע֥וֹד do ode מְעַ֖ט unto meh-AT וּסְקָלֻֽנִי׃ this oo-seh-ka-LOO-nee -
וַיֹּ֨אמֶר the va-YOH-mer יְהוָ֜ה Lord yeh-VA אֶל said el מֹשֶׁ֗ה unto moh-SHEH עֲבֹר֙ Moses, uh-VORE לִפְנֵ֣י Go leef-NAY הָעָ֔ם on ha-AM וְקַ֥ח before veh-KAHK אִתְּךָ֖ the ee-teh-HA מִזִּקְנֵ֣י people, mee-zeek-NAY יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל and yees-ra-ALE וּמַטְּךָ֗ take oo-ma-teh-HA אֲשֶׁ֨ר with uh-SHER הִכִּ֤יתָ thee hee-KEE-ta בּוֹ֙ of boh אֶת the et הַיְאֹ֔ר elders hai-ORE קַ֥ח of kahk בְּיָֽדְךָ֖ Israel; beh-ya-deh-HA וְהָלָֽכְתָּ׃ and veh-ha-LA-heh-ta -
הִנְנִ֣י I heen-NEE עֹמֵד֩ will oh-MADE לְפָנֶ֨יךָ stand leh-fa-NAY-ha שָּׁ֥ם׀ before shahm עַֽל thee al הַצּוּר֮ there ha-TSOOR בְּחֹרֵב֒ upon beh-hoh-RAVE וְהִכִּ֣יתָ the veh-hee-KEE-ta בַצּ֗וּר rock VA-tsoor וְיָֽצְא֥וּ in veh-ya-tseh-OO מִמֶּ֛נּוּ Horeb; mee-MEH-noo מַ֖יִם and MA-yeem וְשָׁתָ֣ה thou veh-sha-TA הָעָ֑ם shalt ha-AM וַיַּ֤עַשׂ smite va-YA-as כֵּן֙ the kane מֹשֶׁ֔ה rock, moh-SHEH לְעֵינֵ֖י and leh-ay-NAY זִקְנֵ֥י there zeek-NAY יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ shall yees-ra-ALE -
וַיִּקְרָא֙ he va-yeek-RA שֵׁ֣ם called shame הַמָּק֔וֹם the ha-ma-KOME מַסָּ֖ה name ma-SA וּמְרִיבָ֑ה of oo-meh-ree-VA עַל the al רִ֣יב׀ place reev בְּנֵ֣י Massah, beh-NAY יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל and yees-ra-ALE וְעַ֨ל Meribah, veh-AL נַסֹּתָ֤ם because na-soh-TAHM אֶת of et יְהוָה֙ the yeh-VA לֵאמֹ֔ר chiding lay-MORE הֲיֵ֧שׁ of huh-YAYSH יְהוָ֛ה the yeh-VA בְּקִרְבֵּ֖נוּ children beh-keer-BAY-noo אִם of eem אָֽיִן׃ Israel, AH-yeen -
וַיָּבֹ֖א came va-ya-VOH עֲמָלֵ֑ק Amalek, uh-ma-LAKE וַיִּלָּ֥חֶם and va-yee-LA-hem עִם fought eem יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל with yees-ra-ALE בִּרְפִידִֽם׃ Israel beer-fee-DEEM -
וַיֹּ֨אמֶר Moses va-YOH-mer מֹשֶׁ֤ה said moh-SHEH אֶל unto el יְהוֹשֻׁ֙עַ֙ Joshua, yeh-hoh-SHOO-AH בְּחַר Choose beh-HAHR לָ֣נוּ us LA-noo אֲנָשִׁ֔ים out uh-na-SHEEM וְצֵ֖א men, veh-TSAY הִלָּחֵ֣ם and hee-la-HAME בַּֽעֲמָלֵ֑ק go ba-uh-ma-LAKE מָחָ֗ר out, ma-HAHR אָֽנֹכִ֤י fight ah-noh-HEE נִצָּב֙ with nee-TSAHV עַל Amalek: al רֹ֣אשׁ to rohsh הַגִּבְעָ֔ה morrow ha-ɡeev-AH וּמַטֵּ֥ה I oo-ma-TAY הָֽאֱלֹהִ֖ים will ha-ay-loh-HEEM בְּיָדִֽי׃ stand beh-ya-DEE -
וַיַּ֣עַשׂ Joshua va-YA-as יְהוֹשֻׁ֗עַ did yeh-hoh-SHOO-ah כַּֽאֲשֶׁ֤ר as ka-uh-SHER אָֽמַר Moses AH-mahr לוֹ֙ had loh מֹשֶׁ֔ה said moh-SHEH לְהִלָּחֵ֖ם to leh-hee-la-HAME בַּֽעֲמָלֵ֑ק him, ba-uh-ma-LAKE וּמֹשֶׁה֙ and oo-moh-SHEH אַֽהֲרֹ֣ן fought ah-huh-RONE וְח֔וּר with veh-HOOR עָל֖וּ Amalek: ah-LOO רֹ֥אשׁ and rohsh הַגִּבְעָֽה׃ Moses, ha-ɡeev-AH -
וְהָיָ֗ה it veh-ha-YA כַּֽאֲשֶׁ֨ר came ka-uh-SHER יָרִ֥ים to ya-REEM מֹשֶׁ֛ה pass, moh-SHEH יָד֖וֹ when ya-DOH וְגָבַ֣ר Moses veh-ɡa-VAHR יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל held yees-ra-ALE וְכַֽאֲשֶׁ֥ר up veh-ha-uh-SHER יָנִ֛יחַ his ya-NEE-ak יָד֖וֹ hand, ya-DOH וְגָבַ֥ר that veh-ɡa-VAHR עֲמָלֵֽק׃ Israel uh-ma-LAKE -
וִידֵ֤י Moses' vee-DAY מֹשֶׁה֙ hands moh-SHEH כְּבֵדִ֔ים were keh-vay-DEEM וַיִּקְחוּ heavy; va-yeek-HOO אֶ֛בֶן and EH-ven וַיָּשִׂ֥ימוּ they va-ya-SEE-moo תַחְתָּ֖יו took tahk-TAV וַיֵּ֣שֶׁב a va-YAY-shev עָלֶ֑יהָ stone, ah-LAY-ha וְאַֽהֲרֹ֨ן and veh-ah-huh-RONE וְח֜וּר put veh-HOOR תָּֽמְכ֣וּ it ta-meh-HOO בְיָדָ֗יו under veh-ya-DAV מִזֶּ֤ה him, mee-ZEH אֶחָד֙ and eh-HAHD וּמִזֶּ֣ה he oo-mee-ZEH אֶחָ֔ד sat eh-HAHD וַיְהִ֥י thereon; vai-HEE יָדָ֛יו and ya-DAV אֱמוּנָ֖ה Aaron ay-moo-NA עַד and ad בֹּ֥א Hur boh הַשָּֽׁמֶשׁ׃ stayed ha-SHA-mesh -
וַיַּֽחֲלֹ֧שׁ Joshua va-ya-huh-LOHSH יְהוֹשֻׁ֛עַ discomfited yeh-hoh-SHOO-ah אֶת et עֲמָלֵ֥ק Amalek uh-ma-LAKE וְאֶת and veh-ET עַמּ֖וֹ his AH-moh לְפִי people leh-FEE חָֽרֶב׃ with HA-rev -
וַיֹּ֨אמֶר the va-YOH-mer יְהוָ֜ה Lord yeh-VA אֶל said el מֹשֶׁ֗ה unto moh-SHEH כְּתֹ֨ב Moses, keh-TOVE זֹ֤את Write zote זִכָּרוֹן֙ this zee-ka-RONE בַּסֵּ֔פֶר for ba-SAY-fer וְשִׂ֖ים a veh-SEEM בְּאָזְנֵ֣י memorial beh-oze-NAY יְהוֹשֻׁ֑עַ in yeh-hoh-SHOO-ah כִּֽי a kee מָחֹ֤ה book, ma-HOH אֶמְחֶה֙ and em-HEH אֶת rehearse et זֵ֣כֶר it ZAY-her עֲמָלֵ֔ק in uh-ma-LAKE מִתַּ֖חַת the mee-TA-haht הַשָּׁמָֽיִם׃ ears ha-sha-MA-yeem -
וַיִּ֥בֶן Moses va-YEE-ven מֹשֶׁ֖ה built moh-SHEH מִזְבֵּ֑חַ an meez-BAY-ak וַיִּקְרָ֥א altar, va-yeek-RA שְׁמ֖וֹ and sheh-MOH יְהוָ֥ה׀ called yeh-VA נִסִּֽי׃ the nee-SEE -
וַיֹּ֗אמֶר he va-YOH-mer כִּֽי said, kee יָד֙ Because yahd עַל the al כֵּ֣ס Lord kase יָ֔הּ hath ya מִלְחָמָ֥ה sworn meel-ha-MA לַֽיהוָ֖ה lai-VA בַּֽעֲמָלֵ֑ק ba-uh-ma-LAKE מִדֹּ֖ר that mee-DORE דֹּֽר׃ the dore
