ಹೀಗೆ ಅವರು ಸುಕ್ಕೋತಿನಿಂದ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಮಾಡಿ ಏತಾಮಿನ ಅರಣ್ಯದ ಅಂಚಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇಳುಕೊಂಡರು.

| in Etham, | בְאֵתָ֔ם | bĕʾētām | veh-ay-TAHM |
| in the edge | בִּקְצֵ֖ה | biqṣē | beek-TSAY |
| of the wilderness. | הַמִּדְבָּֽר׃ | hammidbār | ha-meed-BAHR |
