ನೀನು ಹೋರೇಬಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತನ ಮುಂದೆ ನಿಂತ ದಿವಸ ಉಂಟಲ್ಲವೇ? ಆಗ ಕರ್ತನು ನನಗೆ--ಜನರನ್ನು ನನಗಾಗಿ ಕೂಡಿಸು; ಅವರು ಭೂಮಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಬದುಕುವ ದಿವಸಗಳೆಲ್ಲಾ ನನಗೆ ಭಯಭಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದಿ ರುವದನ್ನು ಕಲಿತು ತಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೂ ಬೋಧಿಸುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ನನ್ನ ವಾಕ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಡು ವೆನು ಅಂದನು

ನೀವು ಮಾತನಾಡು ತ್ತಿರುವಾತನನ್ನು ಅಸಡ್ಡೆ ಮಾಡದಂತೆ ನೋಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ. ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದವನನ್ನು ಅಸಡ್ಡೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಕ್ಕೆ ಅವರು ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳದಿದ್ದರೆ ಪರ ಲೋಕದಿಂದ ಮಾತನಾಡುವಾತನಿಂದ ನಾವು ತೊಲಗಿ ದರೆ ಎಷ್ಟೋ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ನಾವು ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾರೆವು.
