ದಾರ್ಯಾವೆಷನು ತನ್ನ ರಾಜ್ಯಭಾರವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೋಸ್ಕರ ನೂರಿಪ್ಪತ್ತು ಮಂದಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನರನ್ನು ಆಯಾ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಆಯಾ ಭಾಗ ಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಇರಿಸಿದನು.
