ಪಾದದ ಬೆರಳುಗಳು ಅರ್ಧ ಕಬ್ಬಿಣದಿಂದಲೂ ಅರ್ಧ ಮಣ್ಣಿ ನಿಂದಲೂ ಮಾಡಿದ ಹಾಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯವು ಅರ್ಧ ಮುರಿದದ್ದಾಗಿಯೂ ಅರ್ಧ ಬಲವಾಗಿಯೂ ಇರುವದು.
