ಆದರೆ ಉತ್ತರದ ಅರಸನು ಬಂದು ಮುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಹಾಕಿ ದಿಬ್ಬವನ್ನು ಕೆಡವಿ ಕೋಟೆಯುಳ್ಳ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳನ್ನು ವಶಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳು ವನು; ದಕ್ಷಿಣದ ಭುಜಬಲವಾದರೂ ಅವನು ಆದು ಕೊಂಡ ಜನರಾದರೂ ನಿಲ್ಲುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಬಲವಿರುವದಿಲ್ಲ.
