ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಸಮ್ಮುಖದ ರೊಟ್ಟಿಗೋಸ್ಕರವೂ ನಿತ್ಯ ಕಾಣಿಕೆಗೋಸ್ಕರವೂ ಸಬ್ಬತ್ತುಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಅಮಾವಾಸ್ಯೆ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಅರ್ಪಿಸುವ ನಿತ್ಯ ದಹನಬಲಿಗಳಿಗೋ ಸ್ಕರವೂ ನೇಮಿಸಿದ ಹಬ್ಬಗಳಿಗೋಸ್ಕರವೂ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ವಾದವುಗಳಿಗೋಸ್ಕರವೂ

ತರುವಾಯ ಅವರು ಕಪೆರ್ನೌಮಿಗೆ ಬಂದಾಗ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಹಣವನ್ನು ವಸೂಲಿಮಾಡುವವರು ಪೇತ್ರನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದು--ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬೋಧಕನು ತೆರಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವದಿಲ್ಲವೋ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದರು. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಅವನು--ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವನು ಅಂದನು.

ಒಬ್ಬನು ಕೊಡುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಮನಸ್ಸಿದ್ದರೆ ಅವನು ತನಗೆ ಇಲ್ಲದ್ದಕ್ಕನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ಅಲ್ಲ, ಆದರೆ ಇರುವದಕ್ಕನುಸಾರವಾಗಿಯೇ ಕೊಟ್ಟರೆ ಅದು ಸಮರ್ಪ ಕವಾಗಿರುವದು.
