ದೇವರ ಆಲಯದ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠೆ ಗೋಸ್ಕರ ನೂರು ಹೋರಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಇನ್ನೂರು ಟಗರು ಗಳನ್ನೂ ನಾನೂರು ಕುರಿಮರಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ಕುಲಗೋತ್ರಗಳ ಲೆಕ್ಕದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಇಸ್ರಾ ಯೇಲ್ಯರ ಪಾಪವನ್ನು ಕಳೆಯುವದಕ್ಕೋಸ್ಕರ ಹನ್ನೆರಡು ಮೇಕೆಯ ಹೋತಗಳನ್ನೂ ಬಲಿ ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿದರು.

ಸೆರೆಯಿಂದ ಬಂದು ಸೆರೆಯಾಗಿ ಒಯ್ಯಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದ ಅವರ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ದೇವರಿಗೆ ದಹನ ಬಲಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿದರು. ಸಮಸ್ತ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ಯರಿ ಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಹನ್ನೆರಡು ಹೋರಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ತೊಂಭತ್ತಾರು ಟಗರುಗಳನ್ನೂ ಎಪ್ಪತ್ತೇಳು ಕುರಿಮರಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಪಾಪ ಕಳೆಯುವದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಹನ್ನೆರಡು ಮೇಕೆಯ ಹೋತಗ ಳನ್ನೂ ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿದರು. ಇವೆಲ್ಲಾ ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ದಹನಬಲಿ ಯಾಗಿತ್ತು.

ಮುದ್ರೆ ಹೊಂದಿದವರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ನಾನು ಕೇಳಿದೆನು; ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ಯನ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಗೋತ್ರದವರಲ್ಲಿ ಮುದ್ರೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದವರು ಒಂದು ಲಕ್ಷ ನಾಲ್ವತ್ತು ನಾಲ್ಕು ಸಾವಿರ.

ಹಿಜ್ಕೀಯನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತರಕೊಟ್ಟು--ಈಗ ನೀವು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠೆಮಾಡಿದ್ದ ರಿಂದ ಸವಿಾಪಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದು ಬಲಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಸ್ತೋತ್ರ ಅರ್ಪಣೆಗಳನ್ನೂ ಕರ್ತನ ಆಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ಬನ್ನಿರಿ ಅಂದನು. ಆಗ ಕೂಟದವರು ಬಲಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಸ್ತೋತ್ರದ ಅರ್ಪಣೆಗಳನ್ನೂ ಉಚಿತಾರ್ಥ ವಾಗಿ ಕೊಡಲು ಮನಸ್ಸುಳ್ಳವರು ದಹನಬಲಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ತಂದರು.

ಅವರು ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೋಸ್ಕರವೂ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಸ್ಥಾನಕ್ಕೋಸ್ಕರವೂ ಯೆಹೂದಕ್ಕೋಸ್ಕರವೂ ಪಾಪದ ಬಲಿಯಾಗಿ ಏಳು ಹೋರಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಏಳು ಟಗರುಗಳನ್ನೂ ಏಳು ಕುರಿಮರಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಏಳು ಮೇಕೆ ಗಳನ್ನೂ ತಂದರು. ಆಗ ಕರ್ತನ ಬಲಿಪೀಠದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಪಿಸಲು ಆರೋನನ ಮಕ್ಕಳಾದ ಯಾಜಕರಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದನು.

ಅರಸನಾದ ಸೊಲೊ ಮೋನನು ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತೆರಡು ಸಾವಿರ ಎತ್ತುಗಳನ್ನೂ ಲಕ್ಷದ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತುಸಾವಿರ ಕುರಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಬಲಿಯಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿ ದನು. ಹೀಗೆಯೇ ಅರಸನೂ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಜನರೂ ದೇವರ ಆಲಯವನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠೆಮಾಡಿದರು.

1 ಅವರು ದೇವರ ಮಂಜೂಷವನ್ನು ತಂದು ದಾವೀದನು ಅದಕ್ಕೋಸ್ಕರ ಹಾಕಿದ ಡೇರೆಯ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರಿಸಿದ ತರುವಾಯ ಅವರು ದೇವರ ಮುಂದೆ ದಹನಬಲಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಸಮಾಧಾನದ ಬಲಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿದರು.

ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನು ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿದ ಸಮಾ ಧಾನದ ಬಲಿಗಳಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತೆರಡು ಸಾವಿರ ಎತ್ತು ಗಳನ್ನೂ ಲಕ್ಷದ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತು ಸಾವಿರ ಕುರಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿದನು. ಹೀಗೆಯೇ ಅರಸನೂ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಮಕ್ಕಳೂ ಕರ್ತನ ಮಂದಿರವನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠೆ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
ಅರಣ್ಯಕಾಂಡ 7:2
ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ಯರ ಪ್ರಧಾನರೂ ತಮ್ಮ ತಂದೆಗಳ ಮನೆಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರೂ ಗೋತ್ರಗಳ ಮುಖ್ಯಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳೂ ಎಣಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಇದ್ದ ವರು ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿದರು.
ಯಾಜಕಕಾಂಡ 4:28
ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಅವನು ಮಾಡಿದ ಪಾಪವು ಅವನಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದರೆ ಅವನು ಬಲಿಗಾಗಿ ಮೇಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ದೋಷವಿಲ್ಲದ ಒಂದು ಹೆಣ್ಣು ಮರಿಯನ್ನು ತಾನು ಮಾಡಿದ ಪಾಪಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ತರಬೇಕು.

ಯಾಜಕಕಾಂಡ 4:3
ಜನರು ಪಾಪಮಾಡುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಅಭಿಷಿಕ್ತನಾದ ಯಾಜಕನು ಪಾಪಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಅವನು ತನ್ನ ಪಾಪಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ದೋಷವಿಲ್ಲದ ಒಂದು ಎಳೇ ಹೋರಿಯನ್ನು ಪಾಪದ ಬಲಿಗಾಗಿ ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ತರಬೇಕು.
ಪ್ರಕಟನೆ 21:12
ಆ ಪಟ್ಟಣಕ್ಕೆ ಬಹಳ ಎತ್ತರವಾದ ಗೋಡೆ ಇತ್ತು; ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಹನ್ನೆರಡು ಹೆಬ್ಬಾಗಿಲು ಗಳಿದ್ದವು; ಆ ಬಾಗಿಲುಗಳ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹನ್ನೆರಡು ಮಂದಿ ದೂತರಿದ್ದರು; ಅವುಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಇಸ್ರಾ ಯೇಲ್ಯರ ಹನ್ನೆರಡು ಗೋತ್ರಗಳ ಹೆಸರುಗಳು ಬರೆ ದಿದ್ದವು.

ಹೀಗೆ ನೀವು ನನ್ನ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನ ಮೇಜಿನ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಂದು ಕುಡಿದು ಮತ್ತು ಸಿಂಹಾಸನಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೂತುಕೊಂಡು ಇಸ್ರಾ ಯೇಲಿನ ಹನ್ನೆರಡು ಕುಲಗಳಿಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯತೀರಿಸುವಿರಿ ಅಂದನು.
