ಇಗೋ, ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪ್ರಾಣಗಳು ನನ್ನವೇ; ತಂದೆಯ ಪ್ರಾಣವು ಹೇಗೋ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಮಗನ ಪ್ರಾಣವು ನನ್ನದೇ; ಪಾಪ ಮಾಡುವವನೇ ತಾನಾ ಗಿಯೇ ಸಾಯುವನು.

ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ವಿಷಯವಾದ ಕರ್ತನ ವಾಕ್ಯದ ಭಾರವು ಆಕಾಶವನ್ನು ಹರಡಿಸು ವಾತನೂ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಅಸ್ತಿವಾರವನ್ನು ಹಾಕುವಾತನೂ ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಆತ್ಮವನ್ನು ಅವನೊಳಗೆ ರೂಪಿಸುವಾತನೂ ಆದ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೇಳುವದೇನಂದರೆ--

ನ್ಯಾಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆಧಾರ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವವ ರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಶಾಪಾಧೀನರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಹೇಗಂದರೆ, ನ್ಯಾಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ಗ್ರಂಥದೊಳಗೆ ಬರೆದಿರುವವುಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ನಿತ್ಯವೂ ಕೈಕೊಳ್ಳದಿರುವ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬನು ಶಾಪಗ್ರಸ್ತ ನೆಂದು ಬರೆದದೆ.

ಹಾಗಾದರೆ ಯೇಸು ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನಲ್ಲಿ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯಿಡು ವದರಿಂದ ಉಂಟಾಗುವ ಆ ವಾಗ್ದಾನವು ನಂಬುವ ವರಿಗೇ ಕೊಡಲ್ಪಡುವಂತೆ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಪಾಪಕ್ಕೊಳ ಗಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆಂದು ಬರಹವು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಿತು.
