ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಅರಸನಾದ ಆಹಾಜನು ಯಾಜಕನಾದ ಊರೀಯನಿಗೆ --ಉದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ದಹನಬಲಿಯನ್ನೂ ಸಾಯಂಕಾಲದ ಆಹಾರ ಸಮರ್ಪಣೆಯನ್ನೂ ಅರಸನ ದಹನಬಲಿ ಯನ್ನೂ ಆಹಾರ ಅರ್ಪಣೆಯನ್ನೂ ದೇಶದ ಜನರೆಲ್ಲರ ದಹನಬಲಿಯನ್ನೂ ಅವರ ಆಹಾರ ಸಮರ್ಪಣೆ ಯನ್ನೂ ಪಾನಗಳನ್ನೂ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಬಲಿಪೀಠದ ಮೇಲೆ ಸುಟ್ಟು ದಹನಬಲಿಯ ರಕ್ತವೆಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ಬಲಿಯ ರಕ್ತವೆಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ಚಿಮಿಕಿಸು; ಆದರೆ ಹಿತ್ತಾಳೆ ಬಲಿಪೀಠವು ನಾನು ವಿಚಾರಿಸುವ ನಿಮಿತ್ತವಾಗಿ ಇರಲಿ ಎಂದು ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದನು.

ಆದಿಕಾಂಡ 44:5
ಆ ಪಾತ್ರೆಯು ನನ್ನ ಒಡೆಯನು ಕುಡಿಯುವ ಪಾತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲವೋ? ಅದರಿಂದ ನಿಜವಾ ಗಿಯೂ ಅವನು ದೈವೋಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಹೇಳುವನಲ್ಲಾ? ನೀವು ಹೀಗೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು ಕೆಟ್ಟದ್ದಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಹೇಳು ಅಂದನು.
