ನೀವು ನನಗೆ ಬರೆದವುಗಳ ವಿಷಯ ವಾಗಿ--ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯನ್ನು ಮುಟ್ಟದಿರುವದು ಮನುಷ್ಯನಿಗೆ ಒಳ್ಳೇದು.

ಆದರೆ ಒಬ್ಬನು ದೃಢಚಿತ್ತನಾಗಿದ್ದು ಬಲವಂತವೇನೂ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ತನ್ನಿಷ್ಟವನ್ನು ನಡಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಹಕ್ಕುಳ್ಳವನಾಗಿ ತನ್ನ ಕನ್ನಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಮದುವೆಮಾಡಿ ಕೊಡುವದಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ತನ್ನ ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಣಯಿಸಿ ಕೊಂಡರೆ ಅವನು ಹಾಗೆ ಮಾಡುವದು ಒಳ್ಳೇದು.

ದೇವರು ಕನಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ--ಹೌದು, ನೀನು ಯಥಾರ್ಥವಾದ ಹೃದಯ ದಿಂದ ಇದನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೀ ಎಂದು ನನಗೂ ತಿಳಿದದೆ. ಆದದರಿಂದ ನೀನು ನನಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಪಾಪಮಾಡದ ಹಾಗೆ ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ತಡೆದು ಆಕೆಯನ್ನು ಮುಟ್ಟುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಬಿಡಲಿಲ್ಲ.

ನಿನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳು ಅವರು ಕೊಯ್ಯುವ ಹೊಲದ ಮೇಲೆ ಇರಲಿ; ಅವರ ಹಿಂದೆಯೇ ಹೋಗು, ಯಾವನಾದರೂ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಮುಟ್ಟದ ಹಾಗೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದೆನಲ್ಲಾ? ನಿನಗೆ ದಾಹವಾದರೆ ನೀನು ಪಾತ್ರೆಗಳ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಪ್ರಾಯಸ್ಥರು ಸೇದಿಟ್ಟ ನೀರನ್ನು ಕುಡಿ ಅಂದನು.
