ದಾವೀ ದನು ಯೋನಾತಾನನಿಗೆ--ಇಗೋ, ನಾಳೆ ಅಮಾ ವಾಸ್ಯೆ; ಆದದರಿಂದ ನಾನು ಅರಸನ ಸಂಗಡ ಪಂಕ್ತಿ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಊಟ ಮಾಡಲೇಬೇಕಾಗಿರುವದು. ನಾನು ಮೂರನೇ ದಿವಸದ ಸಾಯಂಕಾಲದ ವರೆಗೆ ಹೊಲ ದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಚ್ಚಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿರಲು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಹೋಗಗೊಡಿಸು.
