ಇಸ್ಸಾಕಾರನ ಗೋತ್ರದ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಅವರ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳೂ ಅವುಗಳ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳೂ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಉಂಟಾದ ಬಾಧ್ಯತೆಯು.
