ತರುವಾಯ ಯೋಹಾನನ ಶಿಷ್ಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವರಿಗೂ ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರಿಗೂ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಶುದ್ಧೀಕರಣದ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ವಿವಾದ ಉಂಟಾಯಿತು.
