ಆದದರಿಂದ ಕರ್ತನು ಬಾಬೆಲಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಆಲೋ ಚನೆಯನ್ನೂ ಆತನು ಕಸ್ದೀಯರ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಯೋಚನೆಗಳನ್ನೂ ಕೇಳಿರಿ; ನಿಶ್ಚಯವಾಗಿ ಮಂದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿಕ್ಕವುಗಳು ಅವರನ್ನು ಎಳೆಯುವವು; ನಿಶ್ಚಯವಾಗಿ ಅವರ ನಿವಾಸವನ್ನು ಅವರ ಸಂಗಡ ಹಾಳುಮಾಡುವನು.
