ಆಗ ಕಾರೇಹನ ಮಗನಾದ ಯೋಹಾನಾನನು ಮಿಚ್ಪದಲ್ಲಿ ರಹಸ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಗೆದಲ್ಯನ ಸಂಗಡಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ-- ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಹೋಗಗೊಡಿಸು, ನಾನು ನೆತನ್ಯನ ಮಗನಾದ ಇಷ್ಮಾಯೇಲನನ್ನು ಯಾರಿಗೂ ತಿಳಿಯದ ಹಾಗೆ ಕೊಂದುಹಾಕುತ್ತೇನೆ; ಅವನು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಕೊಂದರೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಕೂಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಚದರಿ ಹೋಗಿ ಯೆಹೂದದಲ್ಲಿ ಉಳಿದವರು ನಾಶವಾಗು ತ್ತಾರಲ್ಲಾ, ಯಾಕೆ ಹೀಗೆ ಆಗಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ವಿಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿ ದನು.
