וְנִשְׁבַּ֙עְתָּ֙ thou veh-neesh-BA-TA חַי shalt hai יְהוָ֔ה swear, yeh-VA בֶּאֱמֶ֖ת The beh-ay-MET בְּמִשְׁפָּ֣ט Lord beh-meesh-PAHT וּבִצְדָקָ֑ה liveth, oo-veets-da-KA וְהִתְבָּ֥רְכוּ in veh-heet-BA-reh-hoo ב֛וֹ truth, voh גּוֹיִ֖ם in ɡoh-YEEM וּב֥וֹ judgment, oo-VOH יִתְהַלָּֽלוּ׃ and yeet-ha-la-LOO -
כִּי thus kee כֹ֣ה׀ saith hoh אָמַ֣ר the ah-MAHR יְהוָֹ֗ה Lord yeh-hoh-AH לְאִ֤ישׁ to leh-EESH יְהוּדָה֙ the yeh-hoo-DA וְלִיר֣וּשָׁלִַ֔ם men veh-lee-ROO-sha-la-EEM נִ֥ירוּ of NEE-roo לָכֶ֖ם Judah la-HEM נִ֑יר and neer וְאַֽל Jerusalem, veh-AL תִּזְרְע֖וּ Break teez-reh-OO אֶל up el קֹצִֽים׃ your koh-TSEEM -
הִמֹּ֣לוּ yourselves hee-MOH-loo לַיהוָֹ֗ה to lai-hoh-AH וְהָסִ֙רוּ֙ the veh-ha-SEE-ROO עָרְל֣וֹת Lord, ore-LOTE לְבַבְכֶ֔ם and leh-vahv-HEM אִ֥ישׁ take eesh יְהוּדָ֖ה away yeh-hoo-DA וְיֹשְׁבֵ֣י the veh-yoh-sheh-VAY יְרוּשָׁלִָ֑ם foreskins yeh-roo-sha-la-EEM פֶּן of pen תֵּצֵ֨א your tay-TSAY כָאֵ֜שׁ heart, ha-AYSH חֲמָתִ֗י ye huh-ma-TEE וּבָעֲרָה֙ men oo-va-uh-RA וְאֵ֣ין of veh-ANE מְכַבֶּ֔ה Judah meh-ha-BEH מִפְּנֵ֖י and mee-peh-NAY רֹ֥עַ inhabitants ROH-ah מַעַלְלֵיכֶֽם׃ of ma-al-lay-HEM -

שְׂאוּ up seh-OO נֵ֣ס the nase צִיּ֔וֹנָה standard TSEE-yoh-na הָעִ֖יזוּ toward ha-EE-zoo אַֽל Zion: al תַּעֲמֹ֑דוּ retire, ta-uh-MOH-doo כִּ֣י stay kee רָעָ֗ה not: ra-AH אָנֹכִ֛י for ah-noh-HEE מֵבִ֥יא I may-VEE מִצָּפ֖וֹן will mee-tsa-FONE וְשֶׁ֥בֶר bring veh-SHEH-ver גָּדֽוֹל׃ evil ɡa-DOLE -

עַל this al זֹ֛את gird zote חִגְר֥וּ you heeɡ-ROO שַׂקִּ֖ים with sa-KEEM סִפְד֣וּ sackcloth, seef-DOO וְהֵילִ֑ילוּ lament veh-hay-LEE-loo כִּ֥י and kee לֹא howl: loh שָׁ֛ב for shahv חֲר֥וֹן the huh-RONE אַף fierce af יְהוָֹ֖ה anger yeh-hoh-AH מִמֶּֽנּוּ׃ of mee-MEH-noo -
וְהָיָ֤ה it veh-ha-YA בַיּוֹם shall va-YOME הַהוּא֙ come ha-HOO נְאֻם to neh-OOM יְהוָ֔ה pass yeh-VA יֹאבַ֥ד at yoh-VAHD לֵב that lave הַמֶּ֖לֶךְ day, ha-MEH-lek וְלֵ֣ב saith veh-LAVE הַשָּׂרִ֑ים the ha-sa-REEM וְנָשַׁ֙מּוּ֙ Lord, veh-na-SHA-MOO הַכֹּ֣הֲנִ֔ים that ha-KOH-huh-NEEM וְהַנְּבִאִ֖ים the veh-ha-neh-vee-EEM יִתְמָֽהוּ׃ heart yeet-ma-HOO -
